Site Supervisors - Each account over 128 hours per week has a Site Supervisor. If a client has multiple locations, a supervisor may be dedicated for all of the sites. The Site Supervisor is the primary supervisor on site.
Post Orders - We recognize that each location has its own personality and unique requirements. For this reason, ACCESS GUARD AND PATROL Security specifically designs each client post orders based upon their specification, job complexity, and level of responsibility. Our master schedule and post order process are completed early in the pre-start up process, and contains critical information for each site specific post. This helps client’s program transition smoothly and improves performance day after day, year after year.
Facility Patrols - All officers will conduct roving patrols throughout their shifts while utilizing Slivertrack. Silvertrack is new technology providing features to enhance the security effectiveness. This system will generate reports for all rounds made to include time and location of the officer. It also allows the client the ability to know where the officer is at all times through GPS tracking, and receive alerts from incidents.

Inspection and Supervision:
ACCESS GUARD and PATROL places a very strong emphasis on supervision throughout the company. Within the system are Managers, Field Commanders, Site Supervisors and Senior Officers. Each level has assigned responsibilities and authority. Sterling does not make promotions without an increase of responsibility. We do not give out titles and say we have supervisors. All ranks within ACCESS GUARD and PATROL have the responsibility of supervising those below them.
Supervisors- Prior to dispatching them to the field, they are trained on how to effectively supervise, lead and motivate their subordinates and the value and importance of corrective and preventive actions to better serve clients. Our ACCESS Guard and Patrol Supervisors arrive to their posts ready to solve immediate and the day-to-day problems.
Managers - Most managers have a minimum of 5 years in the contract security industry. Each has a proven trackrecord and will be able to provide answers to any concerns.
Account Managers - The Account Managers provide a minimum of weekly site visits to each facility, as well as client contact meetings on a frequent basis. Account Managers are responsible for all scheduling and initial disciplinary actions.
Field Managers – ACCESS GUARD AND PATROL Security has at a minimum of 1 Field Managers on duty 24 hours per day. This will ensure that there is always someone to respond to emergencies at client’s facility, as well as, handle the day-to-day concerns of the security officers on duty.
